Help Me Help You provides housing and rental referral assistance by screening individuals for eligibility and connecting them to the right resources through California’s CalAIM program.

If you are a Medi-Cal member experiencing homelessness, housing instability, or difficulty paying rent, you may qualify for housing-related services through your health plan, such as:

• Housing Transition Navigation

• Housing Tenancy & Sustaining Services

• Enhanced Care Management (ECM)

• Other CalAIM Community Supports

• Complete referrals to trusted housing and rental assistance partner agencies
