Long Beach Food Pantry Delivery

WHAT'S IN THE BAGS?

Your fresh and packaged grocery delivery can include a variety of the foods

listed below and can cater to your dietary preference:    

Fruits & Vegetables:

Fresh oranges, apples, mangoes, strawberries, watermelon, cantaloupe,

peaches, squash, broccoli, avocado, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, potatoes,

beans, brussel sprouts, peppers, etc.  Frozen and canned fruits and vegetables.   

Dairy:

Shelf-stable and fresh milk, cheese, butter, eggs, etc., and vegan options

like Almond Milk.   

Grains:

Bagels and other varieties of bread, pasta, oatmeal, cereal, split peas,

pinto beans, black beans, rice, etc.   

Protein:

Frozen or fresh ground beef, chicken, fish, shrimp etc.  Canned and packaged

tuna, beef, chicken, pork, and beans.    

Other Items:

Juice, soup, peanut butter, noodles, tomato sauce, nuts, oil, sweet pastries, specialty and seasonal items, etc.​​*Items will vary each week, and clients will receive a variety of items that are listed. Not all items are listed here.​​

 

TO REGISTER:

Ensure you live in or within 10 miles of zip code 90813 to qualify for Long Beach Food Pantry Delivery or Medically Tailored Grocery Delivery.

    For Long Beach Food Pantry Delivery:
     Complete the LBFPD Registration Form below, then submit payment using the Pay for Delivery Services button.

Help Me Help You ensures everyone in our community can access free, nutritious food. For clients who cannot attend our Grocery Grab N Go locations in Long Beach, CA, we offer Long Beach Food Pantry Delivery - fresh and packaged groceries delivered to your home for a $10 delivery fee.

Since 2006, Help Me Help You has provided food security programs, serving over 3,000 residents weekly through our 10 Grocery Grab N Go community and school locations.

DELIVERY AREAS:
We deliver to homes in Long Beach and surrounding areas, including:

  • Signal Hill (90755, 90807)

  • Lomita (90717)

  • Harbor City (90710)

  • San Pedro (90731–90734)

  • Carson (90745–90749, 90895)

  • Wilmington (90744)

  • Paramount (90723)

DELIVERY OPTIONS:
Groceries can be delivered weekly, biweekly, bi-monthly, or monthly for $10 per delivery.

If you are aged 60 and over,

you may qualify to participate in the
