The pantry provides sack lunches to individuals with no cooking facility and groceries are provided to low income individuals and families. At the Food Pantry we strive to make the health, nutrition and well-being of our clients a priority by offering nutritious food, as well as referrals and access to healthcare counseling or other services.
This pantry offers the best selection of fresh fruits and vegetables!
Our new Healthy Lifestyles Program is called The Nutrition & Wellness Education Center, a program sponsored in part by the BET Foundation and Kaiser Permanente. ( For more information visit http://www.helpmehelpu.org/nutrition-and-wellness.html )

We thank St. Luke's Episcopal Church for providing the ideal location for our Food Pantry. Thanks to Pastor Gary, Gail, Tom, George, Isaac, Louis and others who have contributed to the success of this program.
While some food items are received as donations, Help Me Help You must pay for a great number of food items which are necessary to round out the program. Other ongoing expenses include food purchases, gas and transportation costs, insurance, general maintenance and administrative costs. The success of the Food Pantry also depends on the generosity of many community volunteers, we need your support!.
Thank you Food Finders, Trader Joe's, Creative Options Plus, Lakewood High School Key Club, and many others.
If you would like to help feed the homeless and others in need, visit our donation page or contact the office at 562-733-1147 X160.
